This is version 1.3 and includes expanded real estate cost analysis, a few fixes and some additional data crunching for those who like that sort of thing.

Right click on the download link above and choose "Save Target As" to save this file to your computer. You must have Microsoft Excel to use this spreadsheet. Sorry, but there is no easy way to use this spreadsheet directly from your iPhone/iPod.
